TELEGRAM · CLAUDE

Connect Claude to your Telegram notifications.

Use telega-AI when Claude needs to send an update, ask you a question or collect a scoped decision on your phone. You need a telega-AI Telegram sign-in and access to custom connectors in your Claude account.

Setup checked against the October 10, 2026 interface. Paid signup and open registration are still being prepared.

Add the connector

In Claude open Settings, then Customize → Connectors. Choose Add connector → Add custom connector. Enter telega-AI as the name and https://telegaai.app/mcp as the server URL. Continue after the server check.

Choose the sign-in settings

Select Sign in now and Register automatically. Leave extra request headers empty. Choose Add. On the telega-AI page, sign in if needed and review the consent showing Claude’s return address. Allow the connection to notifications, replies and approvals only when you intend to connect it.

Test from the conversation

Enable the connector in the conversation. Ask Claude: “Use telega-AI to send ‘Claude is connected’ to my Telegram. Use event key claude-first-test and context ID claude-first-test. Report the delivery result.” Check both the result and your phone.

Collect a reply

Use Telegram Reply on the test message and write “Received”. Then ask Claude to read the replies for context ID claude-first-test. The assistant must collect the message; the website does not wake a paused chat automatically.

Check an approval

Ask Claude to request approval for a harmless test decision, such as whether to mark the test complete. Press Approve or Reject in Telegram. Claude should read the latest decision and claim an approval once before marking that exact test complete.

If the connection needs attention

Reconnect the connector if OAuth expires. If you cannot see Add custom connector, check availability and workspace permissions in Claude. Do not use No sign-in for this server. Claude Code uses a separate client configuration and is not the same flow as the web connector.
