What is stored

Your linked chat address, incoming replies, task context, approval decisions, account sessions and delivery receipts. Chat addresses, reply text and task context are encrypted in the database. Access keys are stored as hashes.

Message delivery

Outgoing text is temporarily encrypted while queued for delivery. It is cleared after a confirmed send, rejection, or uncertain delivery outcome. Approval titles are stored encrypted until the related delivery record expires. Telegram or WhatsApp processes messages under its own terms.

Retention

Replies are retained for seven days. Delivery and approval records are retained for thirty days. Expired sessions, login challenges and access tokens are removed automatically. Retention cleanup runs every minute; backups managed by the hosting provider may have separate retention.

Your controls

You can revoke access keys, disconnect Telegram, sign out and export your retained data from your workspace. Account deletion is handled by the beta operator during this closed test.

Approvals

A decision is valid only for the described action and its limited time window. The connected assistant must claim it once before proceeding. telega-AI does not execute actions or automatically resume every AI conversation.

Before public launch

The operator's legal identity, support contact, formal terms, data processing terms and self-service account deletion must be published before open registration and paid subscriptions.
